Jana Nikodinovska is a highly accomplished lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advising corporations, investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs on complex legal and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on Corporate and Company Law, Corporate Governance, Commercial Contracts, Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management.

She has extensive experience in structuring investments and financing transactions in international markets, including bank financing, equity investments, capital raising, and project development for institutional and private investors.

In addition to her work as external legal counsel, Jana has held several senior in-house legal leadership positions, including Law Manager at EY, Legal Manager of a leading manufacturing company in North Macedonia, and Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary to the Board of an international mining company. These roles have provided her with invaluable insight into the operational, strategic, and governance needs of modern businesses.
Jana has also contributed to numerous legal and institutional reform initiatives, supporting legislative development, capacity building, and policy implementation projects within the framework of the European Union accession process. Her work has been funded and supported by various international organizations and EU-funded programs, including the Foundation Open Society Institute Macedonia.
Beyond her legal practice, Jana has been actively involved in academia and thought leadership. She served as a lecturer in Corporate Law at the University American College Skopje, mentoring future legal professionals and sharing practical insights from her extensive experience. She has contributed to renowned international publications, including Doing Business (World Bank), IFLR, and CEE Legal Matters, and has participated in legislative drafting working groups focused on advancing the legal and business environment.
